Barnett's Wholefoods provides a comprehensive range of organic, vegetarian and vegan foods, vitamins and minerals, supplements, herbal remedies, organic bodycare products, eco-friendly cleaning materials, motivational and inspirational CDs and books, spiritual greetings cards, hand-crafted jewellery and a large number of Fairtrade items, the shop was founded by Janet Barnett in 2003 and, from small beginnings, it has blossomed and recently moved into larger premises on St John's Road, Waterloo.

The new shop incorporates a Therapy Centre, offering a full range of treatments. The therapy room is also available for hire by other therapists with a proportion of the fee going to Action Aid . The shop is also home to the Constellation News Library of holistic, esoteric, spiritual and personal growth books and CDs. You can borrow and donate books for others to enjoy.
