Our Chefs are all from five star backgrounds, Hettiarachchige Piyasena has specialised in Sri Lankan cuisine at the five Star Cinnamon Grand in Colombo formerly the Oberoi, and won many awards for excellence in Sri Lankan cuisine. Bhim Lal Sharma has specialised in the art of Tandoor cuisine and Bhim Lal Kharel is highly specialised in regional Indian curry cuisine. Every dish that leaves our kitchen comes to you with the assurance that only the freshest ingredients are used with no additives, colours or preservatives.We also have a variety of low fat, Vegan and gluten free dishes.
