Paul McArdle - After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2001 with an honours degree in dietetics, I began working in the NHS. Soon realising my specialist interests were Diabetes, Obesity and Coronary Heart Disease, I have been working in these fields for the last 5 years. I am currently employed by Birmingham East and North Primary Care Trust, as a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian.
