From apples to pork chops to zucchinis, our suppliers are Soil Association approved. 2 The remainder is fair-trade We have fairly traded honey, coffee, chocolate and nuts. 3 Save Air Miles. We aim for 70% of our fresh produce to be local. And by local, we mean Norfolk, sometimes Suffolk, but always from East Anglia 4 We will donate 1% of our gross profit to one of the following: A local school, Norwich Green Party, Norwich Friends of the Earth, OXFAM or Norwich RSPB. 5 Food that doesn't cost the earth.
