The Thali Cafe
The Thali Cafe - Set in the heart of Montpelier near Bristol City centre, The One Stop Thali Cafés permanent site has become something of a Bristol institution. Since its early days on the festival circuit the Thali Café has sort to offer truly authentic Indian street food as served in India's Dhabas (road side cafes). We have no menu as such, the Punjabi chef specialises in Thalis combinations of traditional complementary dishes served on a steel plate. The Thali changes day to day using the freshest ingredients. We are bombarded by people wanting to book the whole restaurant for special events. Its cozy size (capacity 35) and warm atmosphere make it perfect for small parties.
