And we think you'll enjoy every minute and every mouthful. Our restaurant is where it's really at. We work hard to bring fresh, tasty and authentic food to your table. The Latin food that we know today dates right back to the 16th Century, a fusion of native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. Our signature dish, Xinxim Brasilian lime chicken, really is Pelé's favourite, and is the best example of this fusion, bringing together Latin, African and Portuguese flavours to create something really special.
