3 cups sprouted chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 large cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Process all ingredients in a blender, adding water make a thick paste. Serve with fresh vegetable slices or bread.
