Banana Almond Shake

Ingredients:

3 cups nonfat milk or soy milk
2 bananas, peeled and sliced and frozen
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
