Som Tam Jeh

Ingredients:
- 10 small chillies chopped (or less if you don't like spicy) (prik kii nuu)
- 6 scallions chopped (hom daeng)
- 6 cloves of garlic minced (gratiem)
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander (pak chii)
- 1 teaspoon of lime zest (nam manao)
- a handful of peanuts (dtua lisong)
- 3 very ripe tomatoes, chopped coarsely (ma-kua taet)
- 2 or 3 fresh long green beans (dtua fak yao)
- 2 tbsp Palm sugar (nam taan pep)
- 1 tbsp white soy sauce to taste (see iew Khao)
Instructions:
Grind all the ingredients in a wooden pestle and mortar in the following order: chillies, then add the garlic, scallions, peanuts, then add the palm sugar, lime zest, green beans and tomatoes. Serve with sticky rice.
