Carrot and raisin salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 Shredded Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Orange
  • Sugar or Honey to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix carrots with raisins in a bowl. Add approximately 1 teaspoon of finely grated lemon and orange zest. Add the juice of one lemon and one orange.
  2. Add sugar or honey to taste.
  3. Refrigerate and serve.
